The Perfection Plateau
The great times keep moving, never get attached to some version of it, that's when it all goes downhill.
The trickiest place to be is when life is SO FREAKING GOOD!
When you have no real incentive and no need to change anything.
It’s so easy to get attached to a near-perfect version of life.
Why push for more? Why change anything? Why rock the boat?!
I’ve had a pretty damn incredible life so far, full of adventures and mind-blowing plot twists.
Yet, I’m at a stage where it’s never been so deeply anchored, so stable, so peaceful, happy, joyful, and blissful. Where every single day feels like a treat from life and the universe.
A feeling of home so deep I’ve never felt it ever in this life.
And I built this, inside and out.
12 years of inner work that led to me living at IO, which is the outer reflection of my inner space — a sanctuary, a temple, a lab, a playground, a canvas, a portal, a wonderland — absolutely whatever it needs to be for any and every version of me and you.
It’s been the darkest of rides at times, and always a bumpy road. But there’s something so different these last few months — it’s just beautiful. Nothing can shake me for more than a moment. No matter the drama, it moves through me and I move through it, and the flow just keeps going.
And I see myself getting attached to it. Not wanting to rock the boat.
Loving it so much that I start protecting it and preventing it’s natural evolution and progression. Preventing my own natural evolution and progression.
And I know that’s not how life works. The more I resist it, the stronger and more unpleasant the waves that will come to rock the boat.
So I decided a few days ago, it’s time to rock the boat myself.
Let’s make some waves 🌊
Few months of this near-perfection and I feel saturated.
12 years of spiritual mastery taught me to be an expert at one thing — listen to the early signs. The early flutter is the best one to catch. Ignore it or resist it and you’ll be caught in the storm, or worse.
I feel this flutter for many people right now. It’s time to rock the boat and move on to the next stage of your evolution.
It’s the only way to keep the great times going — keep moving with them.
The biggest mistake we make as humans is to get attached to a version of the great times.
My greatest blessing has been to see this in so many clients and to guide them through it. To keep them riding the waves. And now I am able to spot the attachment in myself and not get stuck in it.
The greatest times are always yet to come, and you got to keep riding the waves. Or spiral and sink.
I am so inspired for the next phases of IO, the vision is MASSIVE, and I most definitely want to watch it all play out.
What I am grateful about in these last few months especially, is that I’ve finally learned to enjoy the goal achieved, feel the deep satisfaction, live in the fruits of the work, and THEN move to the next stage of the journey.
For so long I was just chasing the carrot, the next goal, never able to enjoy the journey or the destination. Now I get both, and it is DELIGHT-FULL.
So, ready for it? Let’s do this together. Let us know what you’ve been enjoying and what you’re sailing into next.
